I am Yamirka Dieguez, a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in primary care, endocrinology, and veteran healthcare. My career began at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in the Endocrinology Department, where I specialized in helping patients manage diabetes and other hormone-related conditions. I later expanded my practice in primary care clinics, providing comprehensive care for families. Most recently, I proudly served at the VA, caring for our nation’s veterans with compassion and respect.

At Yamirka Family Practitioner LLC, I combine clinical knowledge with a personalized, patient-centered approach. My mission is to guide patients toward better health, vitality, and overall well-being—always with science, and with a caring touch.
